Lab 21 reflection

In this lab we have to make make the color canvas change size while it  in goes through different color and change the hue to when the draw function draw it change color and put it to 100% and 50% so then it change it size of the draw tool. It was easy to make change it since the the starter kit has most of it done for for you just need to change the hue size. I don't think there anything hard about this lab so i see my self using this because it was fun.

Lab 20 reflection

this lab we had to use the Console for javascript and i had add const function and it was kinda hard to because i didn't know what to do but then i watch the video and the guy show that the console it can store data and it show statement too. The hard part was using the const function it confusing but i got help from the video.

Lab 19 reflection

In this lab we had to make a search engin that show the list city and state within United State and I had to code it with the help of the video and it show me that you have use javascript and to code it i made const function to make it appear  this was hard to do but following the video made it easy to understand after that I change the css of it to make it look good. The hard part was making it work because const function is hard to use.

Lab 18 reflection

In this lab we had to use 5 picture that relate together and explain it with text this was easy to do because I had to add css from the video and then I add my own pictures. The picture i pick were base on a plant growing and it i made it so it end with it dying so it makes sense. Then with the text i made it say what like happening it the pic in few words so when you click on the pic it open up with the text and the guy the video show me how to do this.

Lab 16 reflection

This lab we had to do day 3 for the JavaScript code and I started with the starter kit and used the video for help since it show me what to do and it really help. So what we have to is make picture blur and change the spacing of it and the color of the div which was since the starter kit you only need to add the JavaScript that call css to change the image and div and the guy in the video explain it to me and showed me it one of most fun things to do. This was not hard I was able to find out what I need to do since it showed me step by step.

Lab 15 reflection

In this lab we make a clock with JavaScript this took a long time to do because the video show me that it's a long step process and for me I had to go back on the video because I keep on breaking my code but I was able to get it done because the video help me do the JavaScript part and you had to add a lot of stuff but thankfully the starter kit make everything easier for me since I just need to add JavaScript and css but it still took me a long time.

Lab 14 reflection

In this lab we had to make a drum with our keyboard and it was easy since the 30 days JavaScript code that Ms Ramirez told us to do has starter kit and we start from there and work our way. We also had video tutorial that show me how to do it so I was able to do this with in few minutes because I just followed along the video and the guy explain everything well and then I was able to to make the drum set which was fun and there wasn't anything hard about this lab .

Lab 13 reflection

In this lab it is the same as lab 12 we just have to use ajax to store the video information and have on a ajax and Jason thing but since I didn't understand it I wasn't able to do it

Lab 12 reflection

In this lab we had to change the what appears on the the HTML with JavaScript and we got help from Ms Ramirez because no one was able to figure out how to do it but all need to do was add a function that will display our video to choose and show the title of it and it's views and then on the HTML you had to add the right tags to it appears and for me it was heading tag and paragraph tag so it was a easy fix after Ms Ramirez showed us how to use. This was a hard lab and wish it was explain in w3school but they didn't explain it.

Lab 11 reflection

This lab we had to use ajax and jQuery to change the css of my html. I did this by calling the ajax file with JavaScript and it was a easy to code since Ms Ramirez showed us how to do it and I add 6 different change to the HTML which was fun. There wasn't anything hard but ajax doesn't work on chrome so you had to use different web browser.

Lab 10 reflection

This lab we had to make animation to the webpage from another lab.

This lab was hard no one in the class was able to figure this lab so we had Ms Show us how to do it when she show it to us I was mad because I didn't get any where close and I did a lot of research on it but after she showed how to do it I added the JavaScript that she showed us and add it to my script and it work.

Lab 9 reflection

In this lab I worked in with my peers because we're all had a hard time working on this so what I did was research how to make a sideshow with JavaScript and css and then found how to do it on w3school so I use that to put it into into my JavaScript and css but then then I need to fix my HTML so it display 3 for the picture and text at a time so I couldn't figure that out so I work with my peers Joseph and Michael because we sit next to each other and while testing it out Joseph figure it out and showed that in the HTML you have to put it 3 at a time in the side and then it worked. The hardest part was that making it show 3 picture and text at a time and fix by help from my peer. I also helped Michael with the css part because he got confused on it .

Lab 8 reflection

This lab was easy all you had to do was make away that whenever you load this page the title of the article is different. I didn't this JavaScript where you have add a list of text to the title and then I make it so it every time it refresh it choose one of the list and display it. Where wasn't anything hard about this lab.

Lab 7 reflection

In this lab we got a website that was broken because the div on the page are all open so we had fix this by first I did research because I didn't know what to do then I found out that you need to close the div with JavaScript which made everything easy because I close two of the div.and then then made a onclick function so you can open it again while it close the other div. The hardest part was figuring out how to close the div but the research make it easy.

Lab 6 reflection

In this lab we had to make a calculator that show you the starting mile and end mile and it has how much gallon you use and the total cost of gas use, then we made a gif by adding a picture normally in a HTML and in JavaScript you make a function that makes it change to another image. And finally we add a form that ask you for your age and then it show your age is in a pop out this is done by adding a pop-up function with a message for the JavaScript for the form. The hardest part of was coding the the calculator because we didn't know the JavaScript for it but I did research on it and w3school show me how to convert it.

Lab 1 Reflection

In this lab we have to make a home page and I use my old home page because it pretty basic and not hard to navigate and but the problem was that I had the wrong color and missing a banner I do plan to work on this in the future and make it look better because I know I can make it look better.

Lab 2 Reflection

In this lab we had to use jQuery to make make a web page that say our name and saying it my first time doing jQuery which at first since it's the basic it easy but then Ms Ramirez told us to try different way to change the text which was fun to do. I don't see myself using this in the future because it something I don't wanna do.

Lab 3 Reflection

In this lab we continue what we did from lab 2 and can instead we change the different way how text can be since with jQuery and it was interesting but hard at the same time. I ended up figuring out what's the problem and it was pretty easy.
I don't see my self using this because jQuery is hard

Lab 4 Reflection

In Lab 4 it was hard because it need certain functions that make it change the shape. I couldn't make it move in a direction that I want which is dumb. I was able to was make it into a circle, transparency and size animation. In the jQuery I did was add my code for changing the shape and then I try moving the shape which did not work for me and then I got help with transparency and make it into a circle from my peer. I learned how to use basic animation from don't see my self using this because it didn't make any sense to me and wasn't interesting.

Lab 5 Reflection

In this lab we had to fix a group of text so it appears on the screen, make a bottom change text, a number coveter, and cents into dollars. This was easy to do because w3school had everything I need and made my life easier also I work with the people around since they understand the lab too. I used jQuery to fix these and it wasn't that since the script was made of basic JavaScript and it was reviewing too so it was bringing back the JavaScript knowledge. I don't see myself using these skill because I found this fun.

Project 1 Reflection

In this project we have to make a video for our website that gives us an introduction about us. I recorded the video by using quick-time player with the webcam record and then made my video. after that i had to change the file of the video to a mp4 because the html would not take mov file so i use sonny Vegas pro and it let me change the mov file to a mp4 file it took some time but not too long for me since i have gaming pc. Then i add the video to html and then with js and jq i made picture that pop out in certain time but i had problem make it work and it took so long to figure it out and i ask help and i just didn't understand. I don't see myself using this in the future because you can edit a video and add the pop out which is so much easier.

WBL 2

In this wbl we found out what type of a person we are and i found out that different people has different skills and not everyone is the same . I found out that i,am a interactive person so in my case i like to interact  with other and objects because it help me learn better and without it i think i would be a different person. Then we took another test that show us what are we interested in for our carrier. For me i want to become a computer engineer and with this test i learn that i'm into technology and business  job which is interesting to be because i thought i would never to business because haven't thought about it.

WBL 1

In this workshop we learned about what we need to do do in order to pass cte because if we don't do the any of the things in the list or miss one of them then we can't graduate. I thought I didn't do much for the check list but when I look at it I saw that I did did already some of if so this mean i'm not behind which really fell good since that mean less stress and more stress free. But I do know that if i want to pass cte I need to complete all of these thing and then I can graduate.

What I need for a cte Diploma

What I need for the cet diploma is you need to do the wbl workshop because without it you can have cte diploma and you must have a reflection about it. You need to internship minim of 90 hours and you can that really easy I did it in the summer and i got payed for it too. You have to do a hackothon and that is when you go to place in a group of 6 to 3 and make a web site or intervention, this is fun but the only problem is it is like 12 hours and i did two of them. You must go trips that cte required you to go, these trips are fun and it almost like the whole day of school.

The type of credit you for school is 8 English, 8 social studies global history 4 U.S 2 Government 1 and Economics 1, Science 6 living environment 2 earth science 2 and any other science class with 2. In math you need 6 also and algebra geometry and algebra 2 you two credit each and have art music ones and another language 2 credit . Not only that you need pass the regents and if you don't you won't the diploma and fail. You also need to pass the Dreamweaver test which I still need hopefully this year I can.

Hello and welcome to my blog where you can see me struggle because my life sucks and where you can't trust anyone because your family is a****** and treats you unfair. There is never happiness in life because there is something or someone always in your way my case my family and their bs and also the bs the school has to give me. My name is Ashahi Shafin, it's not a real name and it doesn't mean anything and no one can pronounce world worst name in the world must be nice. My School name is Info Tech it's a okay school because even if i go there and meet my friend end of the day i'm still doing a lot of work just to get a good grade. My grades are like 90 and above but it's doesn't matter because my family are a****** and say it's not good what a good parent.The cte class that i'm in is web design and it is hard and this year I know that it is going to be hard. I'm interested in this study field because why not. My hobbies is to be stress free but can't because of bs and video games because it is fun and I can play it together. My goal is to become and computer engineer and live by myself because can't trust anyone in my life not even my family.
